Marie & Seema's is a fashion label from Offenbach am Main, Germany, that was founded by Jyoti Seema Deogam and her sister-in-law Marie Brunk. The journey started in 2023 after the shift from the prolonged work-from-home to the hybrid work era. During this time, we realized that the boundaries between professional and personal spaces blurred, and the importance of comfort and well-being took centre stage in our lives. Having experienced the joys of working in the comfort of our homes, we recognized similar ease and comfort when returning to the physical workplace.
Our response was to create a BusinessMode 2.0collection that empowers men and women by offering a unique blend of ready-to-ship and custom-made orders, the perfect blend of convenience and customization. Marie Brunk has a fashion background and a keen eye for style. She designs your clothes with care and flair for a sophisticated appearance.
Born in Geesthacht (near Hamburg), Germany, she has always loved fashion. She studied fashion design and entered the fashion industry after finishing her education. Her early career was filled with creativity and exciting projects.
After some years in fashion, she took a break to focus on her family and raise her three wonderful kids. Now that her youngest is five, she's ready to return to her true passion—fashion design.
Now, back in the Industry, she is more inspired than ever and eager to infuse her unique ideas and creativity into Marie & Seema.
Jyoti Seema Deogam
Managing Director
Born in Chaibasa, India and coming from a tribal background, Jyoti Seema Deogam has always been connected to nature and sustainability. She studied law and worked in a bank, gaining knowledge of legal issues and finances. Later, she moved to Germany to pursue sustainable studies.
In Germany, Jyoti found her passion for sustainable fashion. She decided to combine her knowledge of law, finance and sustainability to make a difference in the fashion industry.
At Marie & Seema, she takes care of vital aspects of the business, and her hard work and dedication help our company succeed.
