ORDERING
Select the items you wish to purchase, choose the size and colour, and click "Add to Cart.". Follow the checkout instructions to complete your order.
As listed on our checkout page, we accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods.
SHIPPING
We offer standard and express shipping.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order through your account on our website. However, if you bought an item using guest checkout, you can also track your order from "My Order and Track" by providing your tracking number on our website.
Currently, we only ship to Germany, France, and the Netherlands.
The ordered goods are delivered within 7 working days after processing your order, depending on the country where it’s shipped. However, if you buy custom-made clothes, please plan 14 more working days during processing. Please visit our "Shipping Policy" page for more details
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase of only ready-to-ship orders. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Please visit our "Returns and refund Policy" page for more details.
We do not accept returns on custom orders. However, you can contact our customer support for size alteration within 14 days of receiving an order.Please visit our "Returns and refund Policy" page for more details.
To return an item, please log in to your account or visit our return page to initiate the process; print a return shipping label and return the product using the return label.
We don't exchange any items. However, if you want to buy a new item, please return the purchased item and place a new order of your choice.

Yes, we offer custom sizing at our online store. Go to custom order, fill out the measurement form and place an order to customise the item to your size requirement. If you are worried about measurements, please go through the size guide.
Ready-to-ship sizes are pre-made items available in standard sizes that can be shipped immediately. Check the product page for availability.
