Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please review the following guidelines for our return and exchange policy:

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

1. Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

1. Items marked as final sale.

2. Custom-made items, except under specific conditions (see below).

Custom-Made Clothes:

1. Custom-made clothes can be altered within 14 days if the measurements provided do not match the received item.

2. If minimal alteration is still required, we can also perform these adjustments within 14 days of receipt of the product.

3. To request alterations, please contact us at customer support and provide the necessary measurements.

Return Process:

1. To return an item as a return for ready-to-ship products or alterations in a custom order, please log in to your account or visit our return page to initiate the process.

2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.

3. Include the reason for the return.

4. Print a return shipping label and return the product using the return label.

Return Labels:

1. Return labels are only valid for 14 days from the date of generation.

2. Please ensure you ship the package within this timeframe to avoid any issues.

Refunds:

1. We will process your refund once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Custom-made items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

1. We don't exchange any items. However, if you want to buy a new item, please return the purchased item and place a new order of your choice.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customer service so we can resolve the issue promptly.

NOTE:

If your return label is not generated within 24 hours of our return request, we recommend that you contact our customer service immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returned goods must undergo the return process before they can be accepted.
