Shipping Policy

1. No shipping rates will be charged for orders above 80€.

2. The ordered goods are delivered within 7 working days after processing your order, depending on the country where it’s shipped.

3. Should we not be able to deliver the ordered goods, we will inform you immediately about any delay.

4. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. At every step of your order, you will receive an email notification from us.

How do I track the status of my order?

When you purchase an item,

You will receive an email confirmation from us with a tracking number, which you can also use to track your order.

OR

You can also track your order using your ‘user account’ at Marie & Seema.

If you haven’t received any shipping information within 24 hours of payment, please contact our customer care with your order number and name, and we will get back to you.

NOTE:

1. The delivery time does not include the order processing period starting from the date you place your order.

2. If you buy custom-made clothes, please plan 14 more working days during processing.

3. Make sure you confirm your delivery address while you order, as additional costs may apply to a later change in address.
